NCMP Park Policies Print

Members must follow park rules and regulations at all times. Failure to follow park policies may result in revocation of membership. Please use common sense at all times, and remember that safety comes first.

PARK POLICIES

Membership Membership is required for all riders who wish to use the park. Prospective members must complete a membership form and sign the accompanying waiver. All minors (all persons 18 years of age and younger) must have both birth parents, or legal guardian signatures on the waiver. In the event that only one birth parent can be present, a notorized copy of the other birth parents (or legal guardian) signature will be accepted.

Legal custody does not mean legal guardianship.

Protective Gear All riders must wear protected equipment. At a minimum, a rider must have
  • a helmet, and goggles
  • long pants
  • over the ankle boots while riding, (even while in the pits),
  • a standard in the industry silencer or spark arrestor on your machine.
Please use good judgement when it comes to protective clothing and equipment.

General Track Rules
  • Ride only tracks and trails that best suit your skill level.
  • NEVER leave a designated trail.
  • Always pay attention to and comply with trail directional, and informational signage as well as all park staff and flaggers. All trails are one-way. Riding in the opposite direction is dangerous!
  • Reckless and dangerous behavior will NOT be tolerated.
  • Spectators must stay within designated fenced areas.
  • The pee-wee tracks are for kids only.
Park staff will suggest when a rider should advance to the next level area or track.
  • First(1st) gear ONLY in the pits, no wheelies, no roost
  • Helmets must be worn, even in the pits
  • No passengers
Prohibited Items

Drugs, alcohol, and/or firearms are not allowed on the premise. These are grounds for immediate ejection from the park.
